We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, “Content”), as well as trademarks and logos (the “Marks”).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download/print portions of Content you have properly gained access to — solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, distribute, sell, license, or exploit any part of the Services, Content, or Marks for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to change prices.
6. Purchases and Payment
We may accept payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Account, and others we support from time to time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase/account information and to update it as needed so we can complete transactions. All payments are in PKR unless stated otherwise.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription billing and renewal terms may vary by plan. You can cancel by contacting support on WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
We may change subscription fees and will communicate changes when required by applicable law.
8. Refunds Policy
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
9. Software
If software is included, and it has a separate license (EULA), that license will govern. Otherwise, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license solely to use it with our Services. Software is provided “AS IS”.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Attempt to bypass security features or access restrictions.
- Use the Services to defraud, mislead, or harm others.
- Upload malware, viruses, or use automation that disrupts the Services.
